Can we qualify a request without creating a guide?
Yes. A qualification can be saved independently of a guide. Reports distinguish recorded information and advice activity according to the selected scope and filters.
How can we export results?
Export an individual view or a complete report to Excel (XLSX), or retrieve the data through the native WordPress API. Reports retain period, filter, unit and count information. Access depends on the roles and permissions your tourism office assigns.
