Your welcome data

From recorded requests to shared reports.

Qualification fits into the adviser’s usual workflow. Welcome points and recorded information give context to the activity collected.

Record information as you advise

Capture origin, group profile, reason for visiting, transport, accommodation and interests, with or without creating a guide.

Read results in context

Explore activity, visitor profiles, stated budgets, geography and recommended content. Sample sizes and completeness accompany the breakdowns.

Prepare your reports

Filter by period, welcome point or adviser type, compare periods and export a view or the full report in XLSX, with its filters included. AI helps you analyse the recorded data; your team remains in control of how the results are interpreted.

Within your team

Observations that inform your decisions.

Agree as a team on useful questions, observation goals and consistent recording practices. Authorised administrators can then choose a period and filters, check response coverage and share contextualised exports.

This data describes exchanges recorded in Roadpress. It complements your other research sources without counting every visitor or measuring their physical movements.

Practical questions

What to know before getting started.

Can a request be qualified without creating a guide?

Yes. Standalone qualifications contribute to visitor profile analysis independently of the guides created. The two totals remain separate.

Does this data represent every visitor to the destination?

No. It describes conversations and profiles recorded in Roadpress. Response coverage and missing information must be considered; this is not an exhaustive count of visitors to the destination.

What does the recommendation flow map show?

It shows points of interest recommended in guides. A recommendation does not prove a visit took place: the map helps understand advice, without measuring tourists’ physical movements.

Who can access the statistics?

Statistics are reserved for authorised administrators. Adviser accounts are for visitor welcome and guide creation; external advisers do not have access to statistics.
